The morning meal was savoury and tasty with comparable prices and toast, for example. The property's location was particularly good, close to restaurants one across the street. It was also just off New York public Library, and 2nd Avenue.

We had an unexpected issue during our stay, but the staff at Westgate Grand Central Station went above and beyond to resolve it. They quickly addressed our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. It's clear that the staff at this hotel genuinely cares about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service.

my stay at a nice hotel in new york was wonderful - the staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was great. i would definitely stay here again.
